from 89 reviewsRealistic in action and motion. I use crow decoys to discourage sharp shinned and coopers hawks from visiting my purple martin colony. Thanks ureaduckdecoys for providing us with quality products.
Great little Ruddy Duck. Got the drake and hen now. Looks good on the mantle, but plan on using in the marsh next season as confidence decoys in my diver spread.
It took two weeks for him to get here so they missed all my duck season here but I'm using them in my Goose spread now we'll see how it works
Great product! We’ve used it on several hunts and it makes a difference when the wind is bouncing it around. Brings them in close!
The two hooded merganser decoys we received were very nice! The owner who painted them is a true artist. We purchased these for our son, who has wanted a pair of these to have in his spread to add confidence to ducks coming in. You will need to make a keel for the decoys...but that's not a big deal.
I got these to use as confident decoys. Very cool, lightweight, foam decoys. Inserted a small 2x4 into the hole as a keel and glued it with some epoxy. Look forward to using all season as a confidence decoy to try and make the spread different from others.
Detail and proportions look great on this decoy. The movement was great for a low wind day. I added my own homemade keels to balance these out well and they meandered in a realistic pattern up until sunset. Hopefully, I'll get some good use for these in the late season.
Ordered these hoping to be able to use but the water started to freeze, so cant wait to use them next year. When I got them they were individuley wrapped, the craftsmanship, detail and paint of each decoy that I recieved (2ea assualt goose, mallard and teal) is outstanding. I would highly recommend these decoys. The pictures does not do them justice. Only downfall I have is the placement of the wings I could not get them lined up that is more my fault. The teal wings should also have to pins on each side. When I tried it out (was kind of windy) both wings would slip out the back but was an easy fix with a long finishing nail. Another thing I would recommend is use a dark marker on the pin heads when they are pushed in. The pin heads reflect pretty good when the sun hits them. Thank you Ureaduckdecoys and the staff.
I purchased a pair of these and my first day out using the decoys I had some beautiful Hooded Mergansers lock right up and land right next to these decoys. This is the only company I know of that makes Hooded Merg decoys and they look excellent!! Every detail and color is perfect on these decoys. Not to mention this company has excellent customer service! 100% recommend this company and their decoys. Thank you!!
Highly recommend these decoys!
These decoys are of very good quality and work amazing. I purchased 2 with the extra set of heavy weight wings. Setup is a breeze and they look so realistic. Hunted with them last weekend and birds tucked right in behind them. Highly recommend adding to you spread. Customer service is great shipping was fast.
I placed an order for these after seeing them at a Waterfowl Expo- hunted with them last weekend and had birds working right on top of them, trying to leap frog them into the spread!! Great addition. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. I currently have ducks- geese - mourning doves and pigeon decoys and it has made a big difference in attracting and finishing birds!! Highly recommend- friendly staff and quick turnaround from order to delivery. Great product again Billy!!
For the past couple of years I’ve been using the Black Duck assault decoy for hunting Eider ducks and it works well. I’m excited about the Eider assault for this season it will be added to the group. I’ve posted a live picture hope it’s clear enough to see it in action.
